Ladies and gentleman, fellow VMC lovers.It is a great pleasure for me to present you all with the very first early beta of Open Media Library - OML. OML is the first open source movie library to be released to the public and man are we proud. Months of hard work have been put in to please all requesters and early alpha testers and to give you all the very best movie library out there. This is the first release, so there are bugs, there are errors and your feature request may not be included yet. So please go download OML, use it, abuse it and report back to us about what works, what needs to be altered and how we can make the product even better. We love feedback, but please primarily use OML's own forum at forums.openmedialibrary.org. A little history.It all began on 04-11-2008 when dbldown768 posted on the forum of TheGreenButton that he had begun a movie library project based off of the Niveus look. The day after dbldown768 was convinced that the project needed to be taken public and open source. Four days later the forum started up and wow a lot has happend since. 1307 Posts in 172 Topics by 58 Members is what the OML forum currently is at and I am sure that when this initial release is on the street, these numbers will fly into the air. A lot of people have been involved up till now and we still need volunteers to help out.
